GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

An availability request is non-binding and does not take the form of a contract. A booking request represents an order form and is therefore binding for the client but not binding for us Boutique B&B, who are free not to accept the booking.
BOOKING WITH DEPOSIT: We consider a booking binding for us only upon receipt of payment of the deposit, which is not refunded in case of cancellation.
NON REFUNDABLE BOOKING RATE: this is a reduced price rate, the full amount is charged at the time of booking. There is no refund and/or voucher issue in case of cancellation.
5 DAY FLEXIBLE RATE BOOKING: the credit card is held as a guarantee until 5 days before arrival, during which time the guest can cancel the booking free of charge. At 4 days before the date of arrival the entire amount will be charged and no refund and/or voucher will be granted in case of cancellation.
In case of NO SHOW, delayed arrival or early departure the full amount of the reservation will be charged. The price includes breakfast, if breakfast is not consumed no deduction will be made. Breakfast time: from 7.30 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.
Arrivals (check-in): from 3.00 p.m. onwards.
Departures (check-out): by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

WE ARE LOCATED IN A RESTRICTED TRAFFIC ZONE. Between 8.00 a.m. and 8.00 p.m. you can drive up to the front of the b&b and park for a maximum of 30 minutes.
(it is compulsory to report immediately your entrance into the
ZTL area and number plate to the reception desk), just enough time to unload your suitcases,
and then move your car to one of the many nearby public car parks of Trento. We are not liable for fines issued for failing to report your number plate, for driving in the ZTL area without a permit or for parking in unauthorised places.
We do not have a PRIVATE CAR PARK. We recommend that you use the public garage in Piazza Fiera, just a few minutes walk from our B&B. Special price Euro 15.00 per day. It is not possible to use the special price if you enter the garage with a telepass.
We do not have an INTERNAL BIKE DEPOSIT. We recommend the public guarded bike deposit 300m from the b&b at a cost of Euro 5,00 per day.
PETS are not allowed.
It is strictly forbidden TO SMOKE inside the rooms, under penalty of a monetary sanction.
